Biography of Jonathan E. Marsh - Born in Oklahoma City. Started in the roofing industry in 1996 in high school, and enlisted in the Army in 1999.

- In 2005, after returning home from Iraq, I joined the Army reserves in Oklahoma and went back in the roofing industry as a salesman/ contractor, working in both the Oklahoma City and Tulsa markets.
- In 2007, I took a position as an Instructor in the Army at Ft. Benning. GA. At the Assault School, Pathfinder School & SERE school. Where I taught classes and trained soldiers to thousands of soldiers over the course of 3 years.
- In 2010, I was accepted to the U.S. Military flight program, where I attended Warrant Officer Candidate School and Flight school to become a Blackhawk Pilot in the U.S. Army.
- I moved to Tulsa in 2013 and joined the Oklahoma National Guard and flew Blackhawks at the Tulsa flight facility at the Tulsa International Airport, and started TIER-ONE Roofing & Construction in 2014.
- In September of 2017, I deployed as a Blackhawk pilot to Iraq and Syria for the War on ISIS (Operation Inherent Resolve)
- In 2019, I was appointed to the Oklahoma Joint Task Force as the Air Operations Officer, where I was in charge of aviation assets in the State of Oklahoma for emergencies.
- I Retired from the Army in 2022. Now I solely focus on owning and operating TIER-ONE Roofing, where we have grown year after year in sales and efficiency, to become one of the top-producing roofing companies in the Tulsa market.
- We not only focus on excellence in our industry but also in philanthropy with our Veteran community here in the Tulsa area. We are heavily involved in organizations such as Soldiers Wish, Eagle Ops, and Intertribal Veterans Association.
