Nate was very professional and did a great job with the initial roof inspection along with dealing with my insurance company, who was trying to lowball me. Nate made sure to be onsite every time the insurance adjuster came out to point out legitimate wind and hail damage from a previous storm. Then Justin and his crew showed up the day of the install on time and did an amazing job. Justin and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that my roof was installed to the highest standard, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for roof replacement or repairs. They are very professional, and quality of service and customer satisfaction is the standard at Tier-One Roofing.
